I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I've helped hundreds of women become the strongest they've ever been, gain confidence in & out the gym as well as achieve a body and a lifestyle they truly love and keep it for life.

I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years, having previously been a secondary school teacher. I've always been a hard grafter & have trained people early in the mornings, late at night & at weekends. Whilst this has helped me do a job I love, I have often over stretched myself & not had enough hours in the day to give my clients the full support they deserve.
Now, with the launch of my "Stronger Together" programme I am able to give my clients more support and accountability, which I believe will result in my clients getting even better results from their fitness routine as I am able to coach more people more often both in person & via the support the get outside of coaching sessions.
Through my many years of experience, I feel I can navigate and help people with any struggles they have that has been stopping them achieving their goal.
I am so passionate about my job. I have the opportunity to change peoples' lives for the better. I will go above & beyond for anyone that wants to achieve health & happiness, but they just don't know how and need support.
I no longer want people being content with being unhappy in their body and just existing. We all deserve to have a body we love and to live life to the max. That is what my job is. I am the middle-man. I take you from struggling and unhappy, to ultimate health & happiness.

EVERYTHING IS PERSONALISED TO YOU!
The group coaching sessions can be tailored towards different people training at the same time. You may follow the same training programme for that session but each person can have each exercise changed based on their experience & confidence in the gym. E.g. If you can't do a pull up, you would do them banded or perform an inverted row instead. The workouts you complete outside of the group coaching sessions will all be personalised based on your goals, number of times you can commit to training in the week & how confident you feel with certain exercises. You will also receive personalised nutritional guidance & a "game plan" call every 6 weeks to go over your progress, goals & next steps to ensure you are getting the most out of the service provided to you.
YOU WILL BECOME PART OF STRONGER TOGETHER COMMUNITY
You will become part of a community of like-minded people that will lift you up and support you throughout your journey. These are people that are at the start of their journey or well on their way to achieving their goal. You will get access to your Private Community FB Group. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
In order to see changes in your body and lifestyle habits it will take at least 90 days
DO I NEED TO HIT A STEP GOAL?
If your goal is to lose body fat or look more toned then you should aim for between 49,000-70,000 steps a week depending on what you do for a work, your lifestyle etc
WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?
We will be using a flexible dieting approach. It is recommended that you track your calories. There will be no restriction on any food
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO WORKOUT?
You will be provided with a personalised training programme outside of group coaching sessions, you should aim to train at least 3 days a week.
WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?
You will budget in a certain amount of calories to allow for the meal and not worry about tracking it
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?
The only main things we will be focussing on is calories & protein
DO I NEED ANY TRAINING EXPERIENCE TO START?
No, the group coaching sessions can be tailored throughout the session with beginners using lighter weights focusing on technique first before adding more weight to the bar
